Being With Jesus Strengthens Our Faith (Acts 4:13)

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.

Acts 4:13 (NKJV)

The boldness of Peter and John when standing before the religious elders, leaders and scribes of the time was a direct result of their having been with Jesus. With their boldness being an expression of their faith, we might gather that one of the best ways for us to grow bold in our faith is for us also to simply be with Jesus; to fellowship with Him, converse with Him, and mediate on His Word. The more we are deliberately in His presence, the stronger will be our relationship with Him. And bold faith is the result of strong relationship.
